Full build, renovation and landscaping of this beautiful Georgian home in Bedfordhire. As per the client’s request we seamlessly stitched together a series of contrasting buildings: a Georgian house, a former bakery and two storey barn, to present an extensive and well-executed family residence with a separate creative studio. 

The objective was to modernise the space while incorporating the original elements to celebrate it’s rich history. Contemporary additions such as poured resin floors and a series of split-level rendered landings offered brightness and allowed a channel of light to pour through the spine of the plan. While agricultural brick walls, original terracotta floor tiles and timber beams highlight it’s  heritage charm.

Wrapped around a tastefully landscaped walled garden, the final accommodation in its entirety comprised of five bedrooms and a combined footprint of just over 3,500 sq ft.
