Full demolition, rebuild and fit out of Grade II listed building for Draughts Restaurant, Brewery and Game Room in Dalston, East London.

Taking care to respect and honour the remaining elements of this archetypal shop front that was once home to Kingsland Road’s iconic F. Cooke Pie & Mash, we worked closely with the client to best tailor it’s new design and fit out in keeping with the remaining historical elements.

After carefully restoring the original tile, wood and stained glass detailings, we incorporated a warm autumnal palette of green, browns and golds to compliment that which remained while highlighting what was to come.
